We had an amplifier put in, oh, I don't know 1-2 years ago (by a tech because of tv signal issues). Here are the results of my status page for the modem: "Name Splitters replaced last saturday by Time Warner Tech.Īnother tech coming this saturday but I want to try and get more info before he does. Cable modem replaced twice, it is now a CISCO 2100. Once the cable modem disconnects, all I have to do is power cycle it (unplug and replug) to get the connection back.
